A well-known and growing physical therapy company is adding a Receptionist who can provide amazing customer service and assist with the administrative duties at the clinic.
This company is locally owned and focuses on reduced patient volume in order to provide a more personal patient to doctor interaction.

Receptionist duties include:
- Answering multi-phone lines
- Greeting patients in a fun, energetic manner
- Verifying insurance for patient visits
- Answering patient questions or concerns
- Scheduling patient visits
You will succeed in this Medical Office Receptionist role if you thrive working independently and are passionate about providing the best customer service. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy "wearing multiple hats" in a job and working with an collaborative team!

- Providing PPE for all employees
- Doctors take temperatures for every patient (receptionists are not responsible for this)

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Medical Office Receptionist Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a receptionist role, medical receptionist preferred
- Experience working with medical insurance companies verifying insurance coverage
- Proficient with Mac computer system
Pay: $19.00/hr . Get paid weekly!
